Abstract Text A 67-year-old male presented with two contiguous lesions in the gastric antrum with low-grade dysplasia. The lesions were treated via band mucosectomy. During the closure of the mucosal deffect using the endoloop and hemostatic clip technique, premature release of the endoloop occurred. The following video demonstrates how the endoloop closure was successfully achieved.
