Zusammenfassung
Die phlegmonöse Infektion der Bauchdecke mit Hautweichteilnekrose nach Abdominoplastik
stellt eine schwere Komplikation der Wundheilung dar. Ihre Behandlung erfordert ein
mehrzeitiges chirurgisches Vorgehen. Die V.A.C.®-Therapie stellt dabei eine sinnvolle
Alternative zur üblichen offenen Wundbehandlung dar.
Abstract
Infected defects with tissue defects of the abdomial wall after abdomioplasty are
a severe complication. Management of these progessive infections involves multiple
step surgery. V.A.C.®-therapy could be an alternative to open wound treatment.
