ABSTRACT
Injury to the dorsal sensory nerve of the penis following penile prosthesis insertion is extremely rare. The authors report on a patient with insensitivity involving the right penile shaft and gtans secondary to entrapment and fibrosis of the dorsal cutaneous nerve of the penis, following penile prosthesis insertion. Following resection of a 2-cm segment of fibrosed nerve, penile sensation was successfully restored using an autogenous vein graft conduit between the proximal and distal nerve segments.
