Liquoreosinophilie als seltener Befund und als Hinweis auf eine hyperergische Reaktion
des ZNS wird kasuistisch dargestellt anhand einer Patientin mit Zerebellitis und einer
Patientin mit disseminierter Enzephalomyelitis nach Siccazell-Injektion.
Summary
CSF eosinophilia as a marker of an hyperergic reaction of the CNS is described in
a patient with cerebellitis and in a patient with disseminated encephalomyelitis after
an injection of a Niehans-Siccacell preparation. Some laboratory findings in the latter
patient (disturbed blood-CSF-barrier, circulating immune complexes, low complement)
support the idea that an immune complex vasculitis participates in the pathogenesis
of this type of disease.
