Abstract

There are multiple intestinal hemangiomas of the wall of the bowel, and the mesenterium of small bowel and ascending colon in the first and small hemangiomas of the colon in the second case.

No source of intestinal bleeding can be localized in the angiograms. There are episodes of severe hypochromic anemia. Surgical therapy by partial bowel resection is not possible because of the extended pathological findings. Conservative therapy with blood transfusion and systemic corticoid therapy makes narrow ambulant survey possible between several periodes of hospitalisation.
