This special issue of Homeopathy marks the 21st anniversary of the 1994 publication of the book ‘Ultra High Dilution – Physiology and Physics’ edited by Christian Endler and Jürgen Schulte.[ 1 ] That seminal volume, featuring 26 contributions from authors of diverse scientific backgrounds, was a landmark in the evolution in research in homeopathy: the first multi-disciplinary work to address the how and why of the actions of ultra high dilutions.
