Die Neuroreha von Patienten nach Schlaganfall muss zielgerichtet und individuell sein. Ein Team am Luzerner Kantonsspital entwickelte deshalb LIMOS, eine Beobachtungsskala, mit der sich Aktivitäts- und Partizipationsfähigkeit von Patienten untersuchen und Therapieschwerpunkte ableiten lassen.
