ZUSAMMENFASSUNG

Das akute Koronarsyndrom (ACS) umfasst den ST-Hebungsinfarkt (STEMI), den Nicht-ST-Hebungsinfarkt (NSTEMI) sowie die instabile Angina pectoris (iAP). Die beiden letztgenannten Entitäten werden als NSTE-ACS zusammengefasst. Die Europäische Gesellschaft für Kardiologie (ESC) publizierte im Jahre 2015 eine aktualisierte Version ihrer Leitlinie zum NSTEMI, sowie im Jahre 2017 zum STEMI. Zudem erfolgte in diesem Jahr die Publikation eines ESC Konsensusdokuments zur 4. universalen Definition des Myokardinfarktes. Diese Leitlinien bilden die Grundlage dieses Übersichtsartikels.
