Zusammenfassung
Die Herausforderung des Notarztes kann nicht auf die Durchführung medizinischer Maßnahmen
am Patienten reduziert werden. Der Notarzt wirkt auch als Experte in der Ausbildung
von medizinischem Nachwuchspersonal mit. Dieser Artikel beschäftigt sich mit den didaktischen
Hintergründen zu Ausbildung und Prüfung und ermöglicht es dem Notarzt, diesen Aufgaben
professionell gerecht zu werden. Dies kann zu einer höheren Effizienz und Zufriedenheit
bei Ausbilder und Auszubildenden führen.
Abstract
The prehospital emergency physician plays an important role in the training of EMS
personnel in a practical and examination setting. Despite the task, the prehospital
emergency physician usually has not received any didactic training in this field.
This article shows how feedback can be given to trainees using their mental model.
This leads to a better learning performance and satisfaction for everyone involved.
Quality criteria and possible shortcomings of examinations are described – the learning
objective, competence level and examination format must match. Reviews and structured
oral examinations are named as suggestions for improvement. The examinerʼs high socio-economic
responsibility requires a considerable level of transparency and examination quality.
