Prinzipien der Stomaanlage

Prinzipiell unterscheidet man zwischen dem Dünn- und Dickdarmstoma und zwischen doppelläufigen (syn. protektiven/passageren) und endständigen (syn. definitiven) Stomata. Welcher Stomatyp letztlich angelegt wird, ist von verschiedenen Faktoren abhängig wie z. B. Grundkrankheiten und der durchgeführten Operation.
