Eine Raumforderung in der Brust eines Mannes als Manifestation eines extramedullären multiplen Myeloms

In der männlichen Brust können verschiedene Läsionen auftreten [1]. Davon sind die meisten Entitäten von benigner Genese, am häufigsten die Gynäkomastie, gefolgt von der Pseudogynäkomastie und dem Lipom. Es können jedoch auch maligne Läsionen auftreten, darunter am häufigsten das Mammakarzinom [1].
