systematic review
This systematic review shows that colon capsule endoscopy (CCE) is a good alternative
to colonoscopy in a CRC screening program, with an accuracy for polyp and cancer detection
comparable to colonoscopy and superior to computed tomographic colonography; however,
CCE completion rates require improvement.
