Schmackhafte und energiereiche Fertigprodukte sind immer und überall verfügbar und machen mittlerweile den größten Teil unserer täglichen Kalorienzufuhr aus. Ernährungsexperten vermuten darin die Hauptursache für den rasanten Anstieg von Übergewicht und Adipositas in unserer Gesellschaft.
