Metastasiertes kolorektales Karzinom
Biomarker-gesteuerte Erhaltungstherapie in der Studie MODULAuthors
In der randomisierten Studie MODUL erhielten nichtprogrediente Erkrankte mit einem metastasierten kolorektalen Karzinom (mCRC) nach der Induktion eine auf das individuelle molekulargenetische Profil abgestimmte Erhaltungstherapie. Die Studiengruppe um Ducreux et al. veröffentlichte nun die Ergebnisse von 3 aus 4 Kohorten.
