Zusammenfassung

Die Mitochondrienmedizin zeigt als eine junge und sehr beachtenswerte Medizinrichtung Wege auf, um die Zukunft des therapeutischen Handelns in vielfacher Hinsicht zu bereichern und zu verbessern. Mitochondriale Funktionsstörungen sollten als erhebliches Problem für die Entstehung und den Verlauf einer Reihe chronischer gesundheitlicher Störungen angesehen werden: postinfektiöse oder idiopathische Fatigue-Syndrome (chronisches Fatigue-Syndrom, Fibromyalgie-Syndrom, Multiple Chemical Sensitivity, Tumorfatigue etc.). Durch moderne integrative Diagnostik und daraus abgeleiteter Therapie ergeben sich neue Behandlungsoptionen für bisher schwer behandelbare Krankheiten und somit bessere Aussichten für betroffene Patienten. Dieser wissenschaftliche Artikel bietet eine umfassende Analyse der Mitochondriopathie, einschließlich ihrer Ursachen, Pathophysiologie und der diagnostischen Ansätze.

Abstract

Mitochondrial medicine is a young and very remarkable branch of medicine that shows ways to enrich and improve the future of therapeutic treatment in many ways. Mitochondrial dysfunctions should be considered a significant problem for the development and course of a number of chronic health disorders: post-infectious or idiopathic fatigue syndromes (chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia syndrome, multiple chemical sensitivity, tumor fatigue, etc.). Modern integrative diagnostics and the resulting therapies open up new treatment options for diseases that were previously difficult to treat, thus improving the prospects for the patients affected. This scientific article provides a comprehensive analysis of mitochondriopathy, including its causes, pathophysiology and diagnostic approaches.
