Strukturen und Vorgehensweisen im multidisziplinären Trachealkanülen-Management: Survey-Studie des TRAM-NET-Projekts

In der Survey-Studie TRAM-NET wurde das Trachealkanülen-Management in multidisziplinären Teams untersucht. Es wurden Fragen zu Methoden und Standards, Zuständigkeiten der beteiligten Berufsgruppen und Kommunikationsformen gestellt. Die Ergebnisse zeigen, dass überwiegend standardisierte Vorgehensweisen und geeignete Diagnostikverfahren eingesetzt werden, jedoch eine klarere Aufgabenverteilung und Überprüfung der Kommunikationswege nötig sind.

Abstract

In a national survey study (TRAM-NET Survey), multidisciplinary teams in tracheostomy management were questioned about the methods and standards applied, the responsibilities of the professional groups involved, and the forms of communication used. Responses from 175 participants were analyzed, with Speech Language Therapists being the largest represented group. The TRAM-NET Survey results indicate that predominantly multidisciplinary, standardized approaches and appropriate diagnostic methods are used, which is positively regarded. However, there is still a need for clearer task allocation and evaluation of communication channels between the professional groups.
