Nicht-alkoholische Fettleber: Prävention und Therapie mit Ernährung und Nährstoffen

Zusammenfassung
Die nicht-alkoholische Fettlebererkrankung (NAFLD) ist die häufigste chronische Lebererkrankung in Industrieländern. Neben Übergewicht, Typ-2-Diabetes und metabolischem Syndrom spielen auch die Ernährung sowie Mikronährstoffe eine zunehmende Rolle in Prävention und Therapie. Dieser Artikel beleuchtet die wissenschaftlich gesicherte Evidenz zu Vitamin E, Omega-3-Fettsäuren, Vitamin D und der bioaktiven Substanz Curcumin im Kontext der NAFLD.
