Anamnese
Ein 34-jähriger Patient ohne Vorerkrankungen stellte sich hausärztlich mit Fieber, Müdigkeit, trockenem Husten und Herzrasen vor. Klinisch und bildgebend wurden eine Pneumonie und eine Myokarditis ohne Einschränkung der Ventrikelfunktion diagnostiziert. Es erfolgte eine kalkulierte orale antibiotische Therapie mit Amoxicillin/Clavulansäure und Azithromycin ([Abb. 1]).
