Gradeinteilung, Höherstufung und Herabstufung von Arzneimitteln in Repertorien – insbesondere in Kents Repertorium

Zusammenfassung

Der Autor warnt vor der Vielzahl von Nachträgen in homöopathischen Repertorien. Seiner Erfahrung nach lassen sich 98 % seiner Fälle allein mit dem Kent`schen Repertorium lösen. Bei der Ergänzung von Arzneien und Rubriken, die Kent noch nicht zur Verfügung standen, sollten vor einem Nachtrag ins Repertorium mindestens 15 Bestätigungen vorliegen.

Summary

The author warns to be careful with the abundance of additions in homoeopathic repertories. In his experience, 98 % of his cases can be solved with the use of Kent’s Repertory alone. Additions of remedies and rubrics, to which Kent had not yet access, should be confirmed at least 15 times before they are inserted into the repertory.
