Zusammenfassung
Die Matrix-Therapie ist eine Regulationstherapie, die aus
Matrix-Massage, trockenem Schröpfen, Prießnitz-Bauchwickel, der
sanften Bauchmassage, Ernährungsberatung und der Verabreichung
naturheilkundlicher Arzneien besteht. Indikationen sind unklare Schmerzen,
funktionelle Beschwerden und Erkrankungen des rheumatischen Formenkreises. Die
Matrix-Massage als Kernstück der Therapie stimuliert die
Selbstheilungskräfte des Organismus, regt die Mikrozirkulation an und
sorgt für den reibungslosen Stoffaustausch im Interstitium. Im Beitrag
wird die Therapie und die praktische Durchführung vorgestellt.
Abstract
The matrix therapy is a regulatory therapy, which consists of matrix
massage, dry cupping, Prießnitz pack, gentle belly massage, nutritional
counseling, and the administration of naturopathic drugs. Indications are
indistinct pain, functional discomforts, and the category of rheumatic
diseases. The matrix massage as centerpiece of the therapy stimulates the
self-healing forces of the organism as well as the microcirculation, and
ensures the smooth substance exchange in the interstice. In the article, the
therapy and the practical execution are presented.
