Die Bedeutung der Pneumo-Cisterno-Tomographie für die Diagnostik der Hypophysenadenome mit atypischem Sitz: Dorsoselläre Hypophysenadenome

Zusammenfassung

Es wird über vier Hypophysenadenome von außergewöhnlichem dorsosellären Sitz mit Clivusdestruktion berichtet und dabei auf den diagnostischen Wert der Pneumo-Cisterno-Tomographie unter Vorweisung entsprechenden Bildmaterials hingewiesen. Die dorsoselläre Lokalisation eines Hypophysenadenoms hat besondere Konsequenzen für die Wahl des operativen Zuganges.

Summary

Four cases of pituitary adenoma are reported, with an unusual situation behind the sella and with destruction of the clivus. The diagnostic value of tomography of the air-filled cisterns is pointed out and the corresponding pictures are shown. Particular care must be taken in the choice of an operative approach in such dorsally situated pituitary adenomas.

Compte-rendu de trois adénomes hypophysaires de situation exceptionnelle sur le dorsum cellae avec destruction du clivus. L'iconographie accompagnante démontre la valeur diagnostique de la tomographie pneumo-cisternale. La localisation dorso-sellaire de l'adénome hypophysaire pose des problèmes particuliers pour le choix de la voie opératoire.

Resumen

Se comunican tres adenomas de hipófisis de localización dorsoselar poco corriente con destrucción de clibus haciéndose hincapié en el diagnóstico de la neumocisternotomía cuando se utiliza el material fotográfico pertinente. La localización dorsoselar de un adenoma hipofisario tiene especiales consecuencias para la elección de la via operatoria.
