Zusammenfassung

Die psychiatrische Pflege wird ebenso wie andere sozialpsychiatrische ausgerichtete Berufsgruppen seit mehreren Jahren regelmäßig mit neuen Konzepten konfrontiert. Diese neuen Konzepte beschreiben erwünschte Veränderungen in der Pflege und Betreuung psychisch kranker Menschen. Es handelt sich dabei in der jüngeren Zeit im Wesentlichen um die folgenden, zumeist aus dem angelsächsischen Raum importierten Konzepte: Recovery, Empowerment, Coaching, soziale Inklusion sowie Motivational Interviewing.
