Zusammenfassung

Es wird ein Klassifikationssystem vorgestellt, das das Krankheitsverständnis verbessern und prognostische Aussagen ermöglichen soll. Mit einer solchen Einteilung kann der Allgemeinzustand des Patienten bestimmt und neben der Prognose die akute Symptomatik eingeordnet und sogar die zu erwartende Mittelreaktion interpretiert werden. Das System und die Parameter, die für die Bestimmung der Gesundheitsebene, auf der sich ein Patient befindet, anwendbar sind, werden dargestellt und diskutiert.

Summary

To understand disease states and prognosis of a patient a classification system of levels of health is proposed. Such a system may enable to evaluate the patient’s general condition, prognosis, the manifesting symptomatology and even the expected remedy reaction. The system and parameters that define the level of health to which a patient belongs are being presented and discussed.
