Der klinische Fall Pemphigus foliaceus bei einer 6-jährigen Oldenburger-Stute

Der klinische Fall

Eine 6-jährige Oldenburger-Stute wurde zur Untersuchung vorgestellt, die vorberichtlich bereits 6 Monate zuvor schuppige Hautveränderungen an der Kruppe und den Oberschenkeln zeigte. Diese Läsionen waren zunächst unter der Antibiotikabehandlung des Haustierarztes rückläufig. Etwa 5–6 Wochen vor der Klinikeinweisung hatte sich eine generalisierte Schuppenbildung mit Juckreiz und erhöhter Berührungsempfindlichkeit der Haut eingestellt. Zusätzlich zeigte die Stute intermittierend Fieber bis zu 40 °C. Eine systemische Therapie mit Antibiotika und Waschungsbehandlung mit Chlorhexidinseife brachten keine Besserung.
