Die einfache Beckenringfraktur – kasuistische Darstellung von lebensbedrohlichen Komplikationen und deren Therapie

Zusammenfassung

Die Gefahr lebensbedrohlicher Blutungen wird bei einfachen Beckenringfrakturen oft unterschätzt. Die Angioembolisation bietet in solchen Fällen eine entscheidende Therapieoption. In 2 Fallbeispielen werden die Gefahren solcher Blutungskomplikationen und deren Notfalltherapie dargestellt. Die eigentliche Fraktursituation lässt sich meist konservativ behandeln und erfordert keine „Zentrumsbetreuung“, was jedoch bei sich entwickelnden Blutungskomplikationen erforderlich wird.

Abstract

The risk of life-threatening bleeding in stable pelvic-ring fractures is often underestimated. The angioembolisation is, in these cases, an important treatment option. Two case reports illustrate the risks of such haemorrhagic complications in stable pelvic-ring fractures and their immediate treatment. The fracture itself can often be treated conservatively and does not require treatment in a trauma centre. However, in the case of haemorrhage complications such treatment seems to be essential.
