Einführung

Bedeutung. Bei geburtshilflichen Notfallsituationen ist eine umgehende Therapie erforderlich, da neben mütterlichen Risiken in vielen Fällen auch das fetale Wohlbefinden beeinträchtigt ist. Eine Dekompensation des maternalen Herz-Kreislauf-Systems führt rasch zu einer Minderperfusion der Plazenta mit Hypoxiegefährdung des Feten.

Die Erstversorgung bei Bewusstlosigkeit der Schwangeren unterscheidet sich nicht von den Maßnahmen außerhalb der Schwangerschaft.

Freimachen der Atemwege mit Sauerstoffgabe und Volumengabe sind Primärmaßnahmen, die vor einer exakten Diagnosestellung erfolgen. Da in der Schwangerschaft nur wenige typische Notsituationen auftreten, kann meist rasch eine zuverlässige Diagnose gestellt und eine entsprechende Therapie eingeleitet werden.
