Zusammenfassung
Bei einem 55-jährigen Patienten kam es im Anschluss an eine EPT mittels Führungsdrahtpapillotom
zu einem subkapsulären Leberhämatom, das letztendlich operativ angegangen werden musste.
Ursache dieser seltenen Komplikation ist wahrscheinlich ein zu hoch geschobener Führungsdraht,
weshalb sich eine Röntgenkontrolle der Position empfiehlt.
Abstract
In a 55-years old patient endoscopic sphincterotomy with a guide-wire equipment induced
a subcapsular haematoma which had to be treated by CT-directed drainage. X-ray control
of the position of the guide-wire may prevent this rare complication of interventional
ERCP.
