Zusammenfassung
Perforationen bei einer Vorsorgekoloskopie sind ein seltenes, leider nicht vermeidbares
Risiko bei der Untersuchung einer asymptomatischen Person. Um so wichtiger ist es,
erste Symptome dieses unerwünschten Ereignisses sofort zu erkennen, steigt doch die
Mortalität mit dem Intervall zwischen Perforation und dann notwendig werdender operativer
Versorgung steil an.
Abstract
Perforation during colonoscopy in an asymptomatic patient is a rare but unavoidable
event. Since the risk of further complications depends on early recognition and is
dependent of the interval between perforation and subsequent surgical intervention
symptomatology should be familiar to the endoscopist.
