Zusammenfassung
Bei einer 65-jährigen Patientin kam es im Rahmen einer „top-and-tail“ Endoskopie bei
einer technisch schwierigen Koloskopie zu einem fast kompletten Abriss des Sigmas.
Wahrscheinliche Ursache der Ruptur eines Sigma elongatum war eine Vollnarkose durch
eine Kombination von Propofol und Dolantin, sodass die Patientin keine Schmerzen äußern
konnte.
Abstract
In a 65-year old female rupture of the sigmoid colon occurred during a “top-and-tail”
endoscopy most probably due to the fact that the combined medication with propofol
and pethidin induced anaethesia so that the patient could not complain about pains
while a sigma elongatum was stretched.
