Abstract

Causative and disease-maintaining factors are part of the personal medical history which takes an important place in the prognosis. They can have a lasting negative influence on the patient's overall state of health and weaken the defence mechanism, leaving lifelong traces that we may come across during the treatment of a patient. It is therefore not surprising that the prognosis is closely related to the occurrence of causal factors. The prognosis will help us find which symptoms are distinctive, enable us to choose the right method of analysis and the right potency, and to evaluate the remedy reaction.
