It has been brought to the Publisher's attention that Fig. 1 was incorrect in the above-mentioned article published in the Journal of Reconstructive Microsurgery, Volume 33, Number 5, pages 328–335 (DOI: 10.1055/s-0037-1598617). Also there was one Supplementary table that was included incorrectly in the article in place of Fig. 1.
