Zusammenfassung
Die Behandlung von Schultergelenkinstabilitäten spielt in der Sportmedizin eine große Rolle. In diesem Artikel werden die klassischen Verletzungsmuster bei anteroinferiorer Instabilität dargelegt und mittels der Patientenselektion Indikationen und Grenzen für ein arthroskopisches Vorgehen verdeutlicht. Zusätzlich wird auf die Verletzungen des superioren Labrums eingegangen, da diese isoliert, insbesondere aber auch in Kombination mit einer vorderen unteren Labrumläsion auftreten und für die Behandlung der Sportlerschulter eine besondere Bedeutung haben.
Summary
The treatment of shoulder joint instability plays a major role in sports medicine. This article describes the classic injury patterns of antero-inferior instability and indications and limitations of the arthroscopic procedure by means of patient selection. Furthermore, it deals with injuries of the superior labrum as these occur in isolated, but also and in particular in combination with antero-inferior lesions of the labrum, which are of great significance for the treatment of the athlete’s shoulder.
