Zusammenfassung
Die S3-Leitlinie „Management der frühen rheumatoiden Arthritis“ liefert eine aktuelle,
umfangreiche und evidenzbasierte Übersicht zum praktischen Vorgehen in Diagnostik
und Therapie der frühen rheumatoiden Arthritis. In ihrem Kernteil ist sie dabei sehr
übersichtlich und fasst ihre Praxis-Empfehlungen in 25 Punkten zusammen. Die Instrumente
zur Beurteilung der rheumatoiden Arthritis – Klassifikations- und Remissionskriterien
– sind in ihrem Anhang ebenso aufgeführt wie Evidenztabellen und umfangreiche Literaturangaben.
Es ist auch eine Version für Patienten und eine Kurzversion für Ärzte integriert.
Es bleibt zu hoffen, dass diese Leitlinie, die nunmehr in ihrer 3. erneuerten und
aktualisierten Auflage vorliegt, breite Beachtung bei den angesprochenen Zielgruppen
findet.
Summary
The S3-guideline „Management of early rheumatoid arthritis“ provides an up to date,
comprehensive and evidence-based overview of the practical approach to diagnosis and
treatment of early rheumatoid arthritis. Its core part comprises 25 clear practical
recommendations. The instruments for the assessment of RA, classification and remission
criteria are listed in its appendix as well as detailed evidence tables and extensive
references of current literature. Also included is a version for information of patients
or their relatives and a short version for physicians. It is hoped that this guideline,
which is now available in its third renewed and updated edition, gains close attention
of the target groups addressed.
