Summary

A short review is made of the activities of the International Atomic Energy Agency in the field of nuclear medicine, consisting of the provision of fellowships, technical assistance experts and equipment, the organization of training courses, scientific conferences, symposia and panels, the award of research contracts and the carrying out of special studies and experimental work in the Agency’s laboratory in Vienna.

Résumé

Il s’agit d’un aperçu des activités de l’Agence Internationale de l’Energie Atomique dans le domaine de la médecine nucléaire, qui consiste en l’octroi de bourses d’étude; envoi d’experts et de matériel pour l’assistance technique; organisation de cours de formation, de conférences scientifiques, de colloques et comités; octroi de contrats de recherche et exécution d’études spéciales et de travaux expérimentaux au Laboratoire de l’Agence à Vienne.

Zusammenfassung

Es wird ein kurzer Überblick über die Tätigkeit der Internationalen Atomenergie-Organisation auf dem Gebiet der Nuklearmedizin gegeben, nämlich die Verleihung von Stipendien, Entsendung von Fachleuten und Überlassung von Instrumenten, Organisation von Ausbildungskursen, wissenschaftlichen Konferenzen, Symposien und Diskussionsgruppen, Vergebung von Forschungsaufträgen und Durchführung spezieller Studien und experimenteller Arbeiten im Laboratorium der Organisation in Wien.
