Zusammenfassung

Es wird über Erfahrungen mit der endolymphatischen Therapie mit 131 J-Lipiodol an 34 Patienten berichtet. Mit Hilfe von Ganzkörperprofilmessungen bis zu 4 Wochen nach Applikation wird die Kinetik der radioaktiven Substanz verfolgt. Bestimmungen der effektiven Halbwertszeit über Lymphsystem und Lunge in zwei Zeitabschnitten lassen Unterschiede erkennen, die durch Verlagerung eines Teils des Röntgenkontrastmittels vom Lymphsystem zur Lunge bedingt sind. Der Einfluß der verabreichten Volumina und einer vorangegangenen Radiotherapie des Lymphsystems werden untersucht. Die wichtigsten Indikationen der endolymphatischen Therapie werden diskutiert.

The results of endolymphatic therapy with 131I-lipiodol in 34 patients are described. Using whole-body profile counting the kinetics of the radioactive compound was studied for up to 4 weeks. Measurements of the effective half-life in the lymphatic system and in the lungs during two periods revealed differences which are the result of the transfer of part of the contrast medium from the lymphatic system to the lungs. The effects of the volume administered and of previous radiotherapy of the lymphatic system were studied. The most important indications for endolymphatic therapy are discussed.

Les résultats du traitement endolymphatique par le „131I-Lipiodol“ chez 34 malades sont décrits. Utilisant le compteur „in toto“ en profil la cinétique du composé radioactif a été étudié jusqu’ à 4 semaines. Les mesures de la période effective dans le système lymphatique et dans les poumons durant 2 périodes ont révélées des différences qui résultent du transfert d’une partie du contraste du système lymphatique aux poumons. Les éffects du volume administré et de la radiothérapie antérieure du système lymphatique ont été étudiés. Les indications les plus importantes du traitement endolymphatique sont discutées.
