Complications are unfortunately encountered by all surgeons. In this edition of Seminars in Plastic Surgery, we have put together a collection of topics whose complications and more importantly their management will hopefully help our colleagues achieve better outcomes and better manage these difficult patients. I would like to thank all of the authors' efforts and truly hope the reader will enjoy reading these articles as much as we did composing them.
