Zusammenfassung

Karpale Instabilitäten bilden eine heterogene Gruppe. Spezielle Tests geben den behandelnden Therapeuten Hinweise auf die jeweilige Verletzung und differenzieren, ob eine dissoziative oder nicht-dissoziative karpale Instabilität vorliegt. Bleiben Bandinstabilitäten unentdeckt, kann es zu schmerzhaften arthrotischen Veränderungen des Handgelenkes kommen [5].
