Chirurgische Komplikationen bei der zahnärztlichen Implantation

Wie bei jedem chirurgischen Eingriff können auch bei der Insertion von zahnärztlichen Implantaten Komplikationen auftreten. In dieser Übersichtsarbeit werden die intraoperativen und unmittelbar postoperativen Komplikationen bei der Implantation verdichtet vorgestellt. Zur systematischen Einteilung dieser implantatchirurgischen Komplikationen wird eine Klassifikation anhand der Häufigkeit, dem Zeitpunkt und des Schweregrads vorgeschlagen.

With every surgical intervention possible complications can occur as well as the insertion of dental implants. The following review outlines the summarized data of intraoperative and immediate postoperative complications after the surgical procedure. To systematically categorize these postoperative surgical complications a classification based on frequency, time of occurrence and severity is proposed.
