This study evaluated the safety and efficacy of fully covered selfexpandable metal stents for the treatment of bilioenteric anastomotic strictures after pancreaticoduodenectomy in 13 patients. After a 2-month dwell time, all strictures resolved and there were no recurrences during a median follow-up of 225 days. In addition, there were no adverse events.
