Summary

Schubweiser Verlauf, Überreaktion auf hautreizende Trigger und atopische Disposition kennzeichnen nahezu alle Neurodermitisverläufe. Fast immer zeigen sich dabei eine rezidivierende Dermatitis, Juckreiz, trockene Haut und typische Prädilektionsstellen unter anderem an Arm- und Beinbeugen. Die Leitlinien umfassen alle Optionen zum Management der Neurodermitis einschließlich Diagnostik, Therapieoptionen und Ernährungsberatung.
