using an I-SCAN ultraslim endoscope: a pilot study
This study evaluates the usefulness of direct peroral cholangioscopy using I-SCAN
digital contrast compared with conventional white-light imaging (WLI) in 20 patients
with bile duct lesions. Although the quality of endoscopic visualization with I-SCAN
was significantly higher than that of WLI, the diagnostic accuracy of visual diagnosis
was not different between the two modalities
