Abstract Text Male 78 year old patient with a Medical history of Type 2 diabetes, Coronary Artery Disease receiving acetylsalicylic acid, hypertension, anemia and mild thrombocytopenia due to recently diagnosed myelodysplastic syndrome. On endosopic examination two lesions were detected, one 35mm aproximately on the anterior and one 30mm aproximately on the posterior wall of the lower body with clear demarcation line (DL+) and irregular microvascular(IMVP) as well as microsurface(IMSP) patterns, both lesions were treated in one session with Endoscopic Submucosal Dissection. Due to patient related risk factors for post procedural bleeding prophylactic closure of the defects by using endoscopic hand suturing device SutuArt was applied. Resections were both R0 curative and fortunately the patient had an uneventful recovery [1] [2].
