    Abstract Text This video illustrates how to do a circumferential esophageal ESD step by step in the setting of Barrett's neoplasia. First a distal circular incision is made, followed by a an oral incision. Then an anterior and then a posterior tunnel. Finally, the left and right submucosal bridges are dissected. Agressive oral steroid treatment combined with PPIs is administrated for stricture prevention.
