Eine pulmonale, lokal invasive Aspergillose bei einem klinisch gesunden 17jährigen Mädchen

Zusammenfassung

Vorstellung einer Lungenaspergillose bei einem vorher gesunden 17jährigen Mädchen. Die Diagnostik erfolgte bei leerer Anamnese wegen einer schweren, protrahierten Erkrankung der Atemwege in Verbindung mit rezidivierender Hämoptyse. Die endgültige histologische Diagnose wurde erst operativ bei der schließlich notwendigen Thorakotomie gestellt.

Summary

Pulmonary aspergillosis occured in a previously healthy 17-year-old girl. In the absence of a previous clinical history, protracted severe pulmonary symptoms combined with recurrent hemoptysis led to the diagnostic workup. Athoracotomy was necessary to obtain the final histologic diagnosis.
