Zusammenfassung

100 Jahre Behandlung von Gallensteinen zeigen eine eindrucksvolle positive Bilanz des Fortschrittes in der Chirurgie. Insbesondere nach Einführung der laparoskopischen Operationsmethode haben alle konservativen Behandlungsverfahren ihre Bedeutung verloren. Für die Cholezysto-/Choledocholithiasis hat sich das zweizeitige kombinierte endoskopisch-laparoskopische Vorgehen bewährt. Die Letalität der laparoskopischen Cholezystektomie sollte unter 0,2 %, die Rate der schweren Komplikationen unter 1 % liegen.

100 years of gallstone treatment give us an remarkable positive balance of surgical progress. Especially all the conservative methods lost their significance since the introduction of laparoscopic operation techniques. The splitting combination of endoscopic and laparoscopic procedures became first choice for the therapy of the cholecysto-choledocholithiasis. The lethality of laparoscopic cholcystectomy should be found below 0.2 %, the rate of major complications below 1 %.
