Verbesserung der Qualität von Einzelfallberichten und Fallserien in der onkologischen Behandlung

Zusammenfassung

Die wissenschaftliche Aufbereitung individueller ärztlicher Erfahrung hat in der Erfahrungsheilkunde einen hohen Stellenwert. Falldarstellungen bieten gerade für praktizierende Ärzte die Möglichkeit, erfolgreiche Therapiestrategien zu publizieren und sie Kollegen zugänglich zu machen. Als Hilfestellung für die Erstellung guter Einzelfälle werden 13 Kriterien genannt auf der Grundlage der Empfehlungen des Office of Cancer Complementary and Alternative Medicine und der Cognition-based Medicine. Bei der praktischen Arbeit hilft eine Checkliste.

Abstract

The scientific adaptation of the individual experience of physicians plays an important role in empirical medicine. Especially for practicing physicians, case reports make it possible, to publish successful therapeutic strategies and to make them accessible for colleagues. As a support for the creation of good individual cases, 13 criteria are named on the basis of the recommendations of the Office of Cancer Complementary and Alternative Medicine and the Cognition-based Medicine. A checklist helps during practical work.
