Die Bedeutung der Grundregulation für Neuraltherapie, Akupunktur und Homöopathie[1] [2]

Zusammenfassung

Für Neuraltherapie, Akupunktur und Homöopathie lassen sich unter Beachtung der Grundregulation jeweils verschiedene Wirkmechanismen diskutieren:

Bei Neuraltherapie steht die Downregulation des Sympathikus durch Aktivierung des peripheren Endocannabinoidsystems im Vordergrund. Im Unterschied dazu aktiviert die Akupunktur vermehrt den Parasympathikus, wodurch der Sympathikus zurückgedrängt wird. Für die Wirkung der Homöopathie scheinen zwei Wirkmechanismen zu existieren: Die „substanzielle” Homöopathie (bis ca. D 14) generiert eine „immunologische Beistandsreaktion” mit Stärkung der immunologischen Toleranz. Bei Hochpotenzen gibt es Hinweise, dass es abhängig vom Lösungsmittel zu einer Selbstaktivierung schleimhautständiger γδT-Lymphozyten kommt mit Aktivierung des körpereigenen Zytokinnetzwerkes.

Abstract

Based on ground regulation different working mechanisms of neuraltherapy, acupuncture and homeopathy are discussed. The mechanism concerning neuraltherapy is to downregulate sympathetic action by elevation of the peripheral endocannabinoid system, whereas acupuncture is working by activating the parasympathetic system. With homeopathy two mechanisms seem to be involved: “Substantiell” homeopathics (up to a D 14) are stimulating an “immunological bystander reaction”, whereas high potentialized homeopathics stimulate γδT lymphocytes of mucosa epithelium to synthetize adapted cytokins, which stimulate further immunocompetent cells at least activating the whole cytokin network of the body.
