Die Akupunktur in der Allgemeinarztpraxis

Zusammenfassung

Durch die Vielfalt der Patienten und ihrer Beschwerden lassen sich in der Allgemeinarztpraxis auch viele Akupunkturkonzepte verwirklichen. Da die Beschwerden des Bewegungssystems einen großen Teil der Störungen ausmachen, ist ein pragmatischer Umgang mit der Akupunktur gefordert. Die Konzepte der Triggerpunkt-Akupunktur, des Locus-dolendi-Stechens und das System der Huatuo-Jiaji-Punkte werden vorgestellt. Auch marcumarisierte Patienten können behandelt werden. Der Umgang mit Führungsröhrchen ist leicht zu lernen. Wer Kinder behandelt, sollte diese Technik beherrschen. Kinder sprechen gut auf Akupunktur an. Der Fall eines 10-jährigen Mädchens mit Colitis ulcerosa und Pollinosis wird vorgestellt.

Abstract

Due to the variety of patients and their discomforts, many acupuncture concepts can be realized in general practice. As the discomforts of the locomotor system form a large part of the disturbances, a pragmatic dealing with acupuncture is required. The concepts of trigger point acupuncture, locus dolendi puncturing, and the system of the Huatuo Jiaji points are presented. Even marcumarized patients can be treated. The handling of the guiding tube can be learned easily. The one who treats children should master this technique. Children respond well to acupuncture. The case of a ten years old girl with ulcerative colitis and pollinosis is presented.
