Verdacht auf Leberzyste - Operation oder abwarten?

Frage: Bei einem 37-jährigen Patienten mit intermittierendem Fieber bis 38,5 °C für ca. 2 Wochen, CRP-Anstieg auf ca. 100 mg/dl, atemabhängigem Oberbauchschmerz rechts wurde sonographisch eine zystischer Struktur von 6 x 6 cm Größe am VIIIer Segment in der Leber neu entdeckt. Im NMR ergab sich keine klare Diagnose. - Ab wann ist eine Operation sinnvoll, ggf. Komplikationen der operativen Sanierung /des konservativen Abwartens? - Was kommt differenzialdiagnostisch in Frage bei Leberzysten?
