Abstract

Multiple sclerosis is the most common neurological inflammatory disease among young adults. It is often associated with severe symptoms and disabilities that strongly affect physical activity and reduce quality of life considerably. Exercise leads to many positive effects on the crucial functional systems and symptoms of the disease.
